Previously, Mr. Estes worked on projects for the U.S. Air Force (USAF) and U.S. Department of Interior (DOI).  He provided editorial support to a grants office of the DOI, where he edited scientific reports, summaries, and abstracts, and published those reports on a Web page.  He also edited technical manuals for the USAF.
