Cancellation Policy
By purchasing this service, you understand PAI is committing time and resources to it. Refunds will not be issued. For work that has not yet been started, you may stop work on that purchase via written notice and those unused funds can be applied to a similar, future project. Once work has begun, you may issue a stop work order via written notice and all work to-date will be provided to you; however, no partial refund will be issued.

Linguistic Review: Conducting a thorough review of translated content to ensure linguistic accuracy—including grammar, syntax, and vocabulary—aligns with that of the United States.
Cultural Adaptation: Modifying content to align with the cultural norms and values of the United States. This can include changes to idioms, humor, cultural references, and imagery to ensure cultural relevance and sensitivity.
Technical Localization: Adapting technical elements such as measurements, currency, date formats, and technical terminology to suit the local standards and practices of the United States.
